Thank you for a wonderful workshop for us in Sheffield. I was so impressed at how much we got done and the fact that I nearly had a finished piece (unusual for my standards was a wonderful bonus. It was a great privilege to have attended Maisie's 'Novelty Cake Decorating' class. Maisie shared brilliantly unique & fun creative ideas on decorating cakes. I just wanted to tell you Thank You for coming to Houston. I attended your demo with Toba Garrett and took your class on Puppy Love, I would have loved to attend all 3 classes but I just couldn't.
It was a pleasure meeting you, talking to you and taking a class from you. You were an absolute joy to be around. Thank you for signing my book and allowing me to have a picture taken with you.

I just wanted to thank you for making my trip so perfect. When I arrived for my one to one course, I didn't know what to expect, but it was better than I ever imagined it would be. I never thought I could do modelling so well. You showed me how to improve things, just by using the right materials and bringing them to live by adding lovely details.
Working with you showed me that modelling and decorating cakes is the direction I want to go in.
It was a pleasure.
